About Run the Sights
We believe to truly experience and connect with your surroundings you must sweat in them :-). Run the Sights provides guided running tours throughout Scotland. Our Edinburgh tours were established in 2015 and in July 2016 we were delighted to welcome our Dundee and Glasgow tours to the running tour party.
We are passionate about running and exploring new places, in an environmentally sustainable manner. Running tours are the perfect opportunity to keep fit, see the sights and learn a little bit about your surroundings. Our running tours allow you to get your bearings, exercising your heart and brain at the same time.
Our aim is to provide you with insight and show you the beauty of your surroundings. We will guide you along fabulous routes and point out places of interest during your running tour. We like to laugh, so there is always optional silliness and plenty of pictures along the way (life is too short to be serious!)
Run the Sights has a running tour to suit every occasion. We cater for large group tours and private individual tours and everything in between. Please contact us with any specific request.
We go where the tour buses can't and you will see more on a running tour than you would on a walking tour, so lace up your trainers and come and Run the Sights! Life without running, fun and adventure is a mere existence. Why walk.... when you can run!
Run the Sights Guides
Our guides are all qualified running leaders and activity first aid trained. But more to the point - they ooze enthusiasm and fun - yes they may be a little bit bonkers - but their energy and quirkiness will leave you with lasting memories. Our guides are local to their area and whilst they are not historians or fitness instructors, they are all accomplished runners in their own right and figureheads in their running communities.
We take great pleasure in introducing our 3 key musketeers; the 3 stooges; the good, the bad and the ugly - or as they would probably prefer - the Charlies Angels of the sight running world.
